Shipping and Handling

The item will be shipped out within 2-4 business days after full payment had been received.We use Registered Mail Standard International Shipping. Someone has to sign the receipt upon delivery. If nobody at home during the delivery, the postman will leave a message for redelivery or claim at the nearest post office. Make sure you claim the item within the time frame. If not, your local post office will return back the item to us. If you ask us to redelivery, we have to charge again for the shipping.

We not ship to Israel because of government policy and other certain country.

Europe, UK : 1-3 weeks (certain area may take longer time)
Australia, Asia : 1-3 weeks (certain area may take longer time)
Canada, Russia : 2-5 weeks
The guideline for estimate delivery time is given by our local post office. Sometimes it may take longer time than estimate time due to custom check-up and clearance, severe whether and other unknown reason.

All items come with 30 days limited warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description. Please be aware that the damage caused by misuse will not covered by the warranty. If your items damage or break when the time it's arrive, please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days so that we can arrange for a new one. We only accept item return within 7 days and please make sure that the item is in original condition and package. The shipping cost for return back and resend the item is under you. In the case of returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in any cases.

The delivery time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and public holidays. This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods. And sometimes take a little longer, due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 30 business days.
